1)  Shake bottle well
2) Dilute 5% – 10% in water (depending on waste levels) – cold or warm water NOT boiling hot
    2a) With regular usage this dilution ratio drops to 3% if floors are cleaned weekly and 1% if cleaned daily.
3) Mix well in water
4) For best application use a high pressure sprayer for floors and walls , and a hand held spray bottle for all other surfaces
5) Or simply spread the diluted water/product mix on floors using a broom – no need for scrubbing
6) Allow retention time of 30 minutes – 1 hour ( if time allows) . Minumum 15 minutes
7) Flush with water and use a squeegee to get water into the drains – the product will clean the drains and discharge effluent water at the same time
8)  Flush with water again for best results/squeegee
9) Water activates the bacteria – the more water and movement the better
10) Can use suction vacuums to clean the floors – allow retention time on floors.
11) Empty vaccum into drains as will clean the drains – no product is wasted.
12) Use daily or at least 2/3x per week
13) DO NOT use other cleaning chemicals and acid as affects the performance of the bacteria
14) For fat traps, grease traps , blocked drains and other waste storage facilities
       a. If the floors are cleaned regularily these will clear up as a result
       b. If they are stand alone – mix 10% diluton in water and pour into the fat trap or storage tanks daily
       c. The longer the retention time the better
       d. For badly blocked drains – remove solids and shock dose with 1 litre mixed in 10 litres of water
15) Will eliminate foul odours
16) Will assist with pest control
